What is the LEAST salary you will compromise for, if you are offered an exceptional work life balance?
Like say, Work is hybrid/remote, you need to put in 1-2 hours of work at max, 10% yoy growth is assured and there is security of tenure.
I get 32 at excellent wlb, wouldn’t settle for lesser

I am surprised that I am saying this but that amount of useless time at hand will drive me crazy.
I am good with 6-7 hours of work, 40L, 15+ YOE.
You can do 3 such jobs, thats the trick
I get that, but I would much rather get that money from 1-2 clients rather than spreading myself thin over more than that.
Complete remote work in Tier2/3 city then 24lpa. If staying in Tier1 city then >40

What conclusions are you going to draw from this poll? People of different yoe are going to participate. 1 yoe 2 hrs a day are not worth the same as 10 yoe 2 hrs.
At this point any salary would be good enough. I'd just like to get started
If you've given an option for 25-30, why would I pick anything lesser?
