What is the impact of D band after getting 2 consecutive C band from last 2 fiscal year?

This year I got D band even work timely through out the year.I had a discussion with my manager and reviewer. It seems they won't change it now.Then I am thinking to disagree it. Now I m onboarded with another project from this March month. Not in the last project. Is pip will be implemented for me and my salary will be deducted from this year onwards? Please suggest me what to do now?

15% reduction in salary, PIP may or may not be initiated as you moved out from that project it now depends on your current manager. Get a higher band next year and your current salary would be restored.
