What is the ideal time to switch
I joined as fresher almost 2y ago. I am pretty much skilled and certified in my technology. Is it the right time for me to switch? My lead tells me to work for atleast 1 more year and complete atleast 3 years in my first company. What should I do?

The right time to switch is now. Especially when this company is turning into a 5 days wfo school checking formals,shoes etc

Switch whenever you get the idea of switching

2 years much enough and fast to switch . Also keep in mind about if market is Down. If good company and good hike u can move out.
If u start at 3 or 4 expectations might be more when switching
