What is the ideal time for c2 promotion??

If you have last 2 bands A. Then after 3 years if you joined tcs as fresher.
Or if you are lateral entry the min 2 yrs exp in TCS.

Promotion is solely at your managers decision. In every quarter unit hr publishs the list of employees eligible for promotion. From that list your manager selects whoever gets the promotion.

Minimum years of experience is 5
