What is the ideal rent of a 2BHK in Kondapur/Hafeezpet area?

Hi, I am looking at newly constructed apartments in Kondapur/Hafeezpet/Madhapur area. Owners are demanding from 15k to 30k for unfurnished flats. What's the fair rent in these areas?

2 BHK costs 25k upwards in most Kondapur area. May be in the very interiors (away from main road), you could get it in slightly less rent- 20K could be minimum I would say.
