you can expect a hike of around 30% if you clear the wings2 program. no need to overthink, just focus on clearing it and you will see a good raise.

@DelectableIntervenor except the exact hike percent all the questions you might have on process are in the SOP and FAQ document which is available in ultimatix. Or talk to your TD.

8 to 40% depending on current ctc/grade , the level of role you choose, techical or not technical. Etc

Thank you, grade is c2 and ctc is 6lpa for technical architect role. And also I have not cleared wings 1
