have patience ... keep oiling non stop for years on end in the same project ... just dont do the work of the customers ... become personal assistant to all managers or the main one... enquire if their health is well, suggest them properties to buy, organize parties at times ... keep roaming around in office and report about who is wearing a nice dress or going to parties, stays for few hrs in office when there is no work, when customer visit offshore organize dance, skit, singing show ... find the cheapest vendor / food menu for project golive party, occasially give GEMS to managers, etc etc etc etc
Is it initiated for you this quarter? Hike is usually 15 to 20 pc
500% maybe .... depends on case to case basis ... your salary will get corrected as per market standards.... you will not more be a mere consultant but client partner, etc
