I think after 13 years associates are left out ...even if he/she get consistent A band as well ,the person could be stuck in same role without any carrier growth, i wonder how people move ahead like client partner...delivery partner and all

I am in same boat only thing is that my role is aligned with client team and I hardly have any visibility on TCS side. Not sure how shall I approach this issue.
