Trending @Cognizant; What is the highest package for A with 3.5 yoe

Hi, I am wondering about what was the maximum package they will provide for the Associate role with 3.5 yoe for both lateral and existing employees, anyone have any idea please. Thank you!

As one of my friend have joined CTS recently with 2.8 yoe he has negotiate upto 12lpa he told that hr have told that they can give maximum 12lpa at Associate level. If we give more than that then he has apply for SA but then he has to have an exp of minimum 4yrs
