What is the highest and average salary for a User Experience Designer with 8 years of experience in India?

There are more variables than just YOE - agency vs consultancy vs product. Success of products/services and impact. Lastly, are you able to share a narrative for that impact? What value you bring to the org and much more determines your salary.
IMO, Average salary for a good designer should be around 35-40. However, the salary isnt directly correlated to years of experience in design field. Your exposure to building products, or servicing design, your knowledge, presentation, impact you would have had in previous companies, and how you tell the story of that impact. Even brands you have helped build or worked with matters more than YOE.
