What is the healthy CTC for a 12 yoe employee working as a BA?

ideally in IT if you're earning more than 2 x Yoe , you should be good by realistic standards , don't chase outlier packages. It's not sustainable, nobody tells you that once your salary is inflated above a benchmark , it's hard to get another job cuz everybody is looking at normalising salary and reducing costs with the advent of AI and inflation.
