Formula for Gratuity calculation - 15 ÷ 26 x Last drawn basic salary x no. of years at Accenture.
I don't remember the exact number but think it is 4 yrs 8 months to be qualified for Gratuity. If you have gone past 4 years 8 months at Accenture, then it will be termed 5 years.for Gratuity calculation. Another worthwhile point to mention is that 20L of Gratuity is exempted from tax.
Can I increase my basic salary? It is currently 15k per month. I'm in CL-12 with 1 YOE. Assuming the basic salary won't change for next 4 years, my gratuity would be 50k-60k that's all?ðŸ˜
