What is the gratuity amount I will be getting after 5 years in tcs?

Hi I will be completing 4 years in tcs in May, I want to switch company, should I wait for 1 more year or switch? What will be the gratuity amount after 5 years?

Don't wait for gratuity. You will get chillar only. 15 days* Basic Salary(Basic component)*no Years.

Calculation as per CTC 26lpa :
Basic is 5.5 lpa
22,916*5 ~ 1.1 lakh after leaving tcs after 5 years.
