Anything that makes huge amounts of money very easily - sunn ne mei chutiyapa lagta hai, but at the end of the day, this is what's the best. Most startup ideas don't meet these criteria

Can't execute this idea myself due to certain reasons so here you go-

Make tools for small businesses to analyse data beyond online sales & CRM. Take for eg a physical measuring tool for a 50 yo uncle who's really confused on what colors of Salwar (traditional women bottomwear) cloth to stock more, in correlation to parameters like colors of suits & kurtis sold more, necessary colors like black, blue, white, and further.

Two, make a genuinely helpful collaboration system for local businesses (sort of market unions for places lacking unions due to small market sizes). Multiple shopkeepers would get some items way cheaper if bought collectively at scale. (Say for eg buying 500 dupattas over 50)
