I am a new joinee and I am supposed to give assessment for a skill for the first time Will it be P1? Also for first level also camera will be on?

No P1 to P5 is like grades, P5 is A+, P4 is A, P3 is B+ and so on, depending on how many questions you answer correctly. Not sure about the camera thing
