All ASEs who meet the following criteria are eligible for fast-track promotion from Sep'24 onwards: • MAL of 12 months or more as on 1st Sep'24 • Successful completion of Techleap/Specialization assessment by 30th May'24 • Completed Year 1 journey of ASE Professional Advancement program and earned at least one Industry foundation badge Heathe 1 levies contends tiere die intern of are le ene A motive CaptiM raes, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, Natural Resources) by 30th May'24 • Has at least 6 months of tenure in a chargeable role (excluding shadow) as on last date of assessment window • Feedback from the project on performance and contribution.
