I’m currently wings 1 cleared and with 2YOE. CTC 9LPA.
What is the eligibility criteria for promotion to C2?
Also what is the expected hike?
Should I consider switching?

Eligibility Criteria for C2: You need at least 4 years of experience and consistent high performance ratings. Wings 1 cleared helps, but not enough.
Expected Hike: Around 10-15%. Not life-changing.
Switching?: Yes, consider it. Faster growth and better pay elsewhere.
