Trending @Infosys; What is the eligibility criteria for becoming TA role and whom should we ask to become TA ? Will the previous rating create any impact ?
Thanks for your quick responses. I'm having a doubt i.e., completed 3.5 years in Infosys, am I not eligible for this role ? And I have been in a project for more than 2 years.
You must be eligible already. Ask your manager to nominate you. It all depends on the manager. I have 2 years and 11 months of experience currently and I requested my manager to nominate me. They responded positively to my request and promised me that they will nominate me in the very next available slot. If I'm eligible then you should be eligible too. All the best!

Overall experience 4 years, current role maturity 18 months, should not in bench and yes previous rating should not be NI. your manager should recommend you for the promotion. They will modify the criteria as they want.
It's 3 years I believe. I have seen many people with 3 years overall experience getting promoted to TA.
You should reach out to your manager and ask him/her to nominate you for promotion. Eligibility will be 1 year in the SSE role I believe. And the rating may have an impact on the salary hike you will be getting with the promotion.
