When PA promoted to A - he/she will be getting associate profile. Fixed salary is 6.75LPA

Yes, there is a difference in salaries. laterals gets higher package, as usual

@OldPlumber1 No difference as per grade..both are same level. Please note Salary difference happens bcz of various factors not just designation.
