What is the difference between Application Developer vs MTS in oracle ? Which one is better

Idk how different is MTS but ApplicationDeveloper is supposed to develop apps using( internal frameworks) which are not so open source. They are considered a bit lower as compared to software engineer role. But in my experience developing apps using internal frameworks is far more challenging. You cant rely on chatgpt stackoverflow etc etc. so if you want to bring out a true problem solver in you ApplicationDev is the best role. One thing i know for sure about your question is the pay for MTS is much higher than AppDev.
