@Nanami Sublevel 01 doesn’t mean you will get promoted! It just means you are now eligible for promotion !

So indirectly it does have connection with promotion! Because you can never be promoted if you are at Sublevel 2 or 3.

For you to be in the consideration for promotion you have to be at Sublevel 01 if that field is obviously visible for you on workday

Note : Sublevel only exists for CL 13 to CL 10
