Trending @Cognizant; What is the current promotion policy in Cognizant from PA to A?

Hello all, my doj in cognizant is - 25 july 2022 as PAT. I have completed 2 years here ,my rating is also good(3), I am working on a project (billable) but I have not received any mail regarding promotion to Associate.

You won't, and currently if you are on bench while this promotion season is going on you juz don't hope. If not still then it takes 3years of good projects and delivery to make it to associate, but yeh exceptions are everywhere
