What is the current market salary for a FE developer of 2 yoe?
Folks, how much do the companies actually pay to 1.5-2 yoe FE engineers? I have a base pay of 16LPA, is it average market salary or below that? I am asking in context to companies like Cred, BharatPe, Intuit, Flipkart, etc? Genuinely curious.
You’re probably below the market rate in bull market. Right now, if you work at razorpay then you should hold onto that job dearly. Company is in strong position, I don’t think most of the mentioned companies are safe in this funding winter.
I have offers from Sensibull, an early age startup. Sensibull is profitable, what do you think about it? Also if u suggest not to switch now, when should it be done, because the scenario is not gonna change throughout 2023.
