What is the CTC range offered to Sr Consultant with 5 yoe at Deloitte US ?

What I knew from friend who joined recently at 31 LPA with 5+ years of experience. It is completely depend on negotiation skill and current offer that you are holding from other firm.

It also depends on college (Premier MBA get a lot more). I know a consultant with 4 years exp joined at 27lpa. Now he is Senior Consultant with 6 years exp and 36lpa.
