What is the CTC for a financial analyst in Accenture with an experience of 7 to 8 years prior?

I have cleared the Accenture interview for management level 9. My current CTC is 9, how much of a hike should I quote as expected?

Neither I want to earn less with 5 years of experience nor do I want to be layed off first.
