Trending @Capgemini; What is the critiria for hike currently I am working as a shadow resource

Hello guys, need some advice regarding billability and hike I asked regarding hike to some of my senior colleagues but all they are saying is to fill the getsuccess portal and depends on being billable but when I ask my project manager he says that you are already part of the project and says dont be concerned with being billable and ignores it any suggestions or anything to receive hikes and become billable.
