Trending @Accenture; What is the Criteria, and timeframe for Promotion from L8 to L7 in India.

It depends on the project type...my manager moved within 18 Months...he was L9 and moved my project as L8...project is pilot...recruited ppl like anything with out checking education background and knowledge headcount are increase and billing nicely to the client leadership seeing good number and gave promotion L7
