What is the buyout policy in Hcltech, 3 months Full salary has to be bought out by a new company or only the basic pay alone has to be paid by the new employer, If it is only basic salary, I can myself pay the amount to HCL?

E have this option for buy out in portal check with your RM if he approves then no one can stop your early release

It is the basic pay.
But HCL buyout is only on papers.
It does not let you go for buyout if you are on billing.
