bridge program- consultant is a waste of time and money. it's just another way for companies to exploit fresh graduates. they charge lakhs of rupees and promise job placements, but it's all a scam. better to invest in real skills and experience.

Coming to our question , Bridge Program - Consultant what we usually called CON is a program to move to consulting domain at Infosys. Associate Consultant or ACON is for JL4 and CON is for JL5. You need to apply for these programs, give assessment and if qualified undergo further trainings. Your package will increase once you complete the trainings successfully and deployed into projects.
