What is the biggest turn off / red flag for you as an interviewer?

One who puts lot of tech on resume but doesn’t have a good handle on the one tech that is critical to the job requirement.

As a tech interviewer, I feel overconfidence is a big red flag. People who think they can confidently assert the wrong answer are the dangerous ones. It's okay to say that you don't know.
