What is the best time to resign in 2025
I have no experience no work to do, I got tagged only and billable for almost 9 months. Next month I'll be completing 1yr. Should I left wipro or wait for some work experience or join other company as a fresher again?
I worked for more than 3 years tirelessely and was rewarded very well but with years passed i noticed, i was gaining knowledge and experience much faster than anybody else but my pay was not increasing that fast. People from my batch switched and are getting better pay.
So i asked for a raise which got denied and then they started treating me very poorly. So i quit without any offer in hand.
My whole point is why i should invest single minute on something which doesn't matter after 5 years. If i have made my mind that i want to switch so why would i still work here. Btw i was working a lead level work as an analyst
Your case could be different from mine, so think accordingly.
Either after getting the salary hike or variable pay, anything is fine
