Bro we are talking about best service based company and amongst rest it is best . There are hell lot problems inside but still lots of perks and benifits are still better than other service based companies .

It is another shot bro. Wasted my 6 years there. For me almost all Indian service based comapnies are same.

Getting hike in HCL is a miracle Only advantage is home pickup drop facility.
