What is the best programming language to learn?

I wanted to start learning a new programming language which is trending as of now and become proficient in that one like building projects etc

Then get a high paid job. Also I want to sustain there.

Any courses? What is road map?

I already have 9+ years in IT industry currently working as Netsuite consultant.

Please advise folks.
