Amm. Okay. First things first. Are you gonna finance it or do you have the money in cash? If you gonna loan it, how long loan gonna be? If it gonna be for 10 years, then are you sure you would love to work for next 10 years without any break?
I wish you own land and grow in life. At the same time also make sure that you don't get tied to EMI. If you love your work it's awesome but if you don't then you need to think about the last question I asked above.
