What is the best company to work as a Product designer?
By best, I mean to ask for the best work life balance, best pay or both. There can be various factors for you to say a company is best.
I'm a product designer intern at a Fintech. And I'm very curious about this topic. How shall I determine what's best for me next
If you want both pay and wlb it’s impossible until you become a senior/lead designer at big tech company like microsoft or Google. Till then you’ll have to grind.
I'm not from a Tier 1 college or have a fancy design degree... Most of these won't take me in at junior level
