Trending @Infosys; What is the Benefits of DQ score
Hey guys I'm extremely fed up with keeping on increasing the DQ score at our organization (Infosys). My manager always pokes me to increase the DQ score. I just wanted to know what the benefits of DQ score ? And is it mandatory to keep on increasing this?
Basically unit heads have to showcase the average DQ to management. So they put pressure on managers and eventually managers on us.
Higher DQ have some benefits like faster promotion,good ratings and hikes, etc. But it's not guaranteed
So basically management is the salesman of lex which I understand so far... 😑
A correction highest DQ in your unit also said to be platinum club member has benefits like faster promotion nearly 6months earlier than usual role maturity (you still have to remind them) , hikes considerably a Lil bit higher but I haven't seen this one.
The DQ is directly related to employees benefits as you will gain many benefits, if you have a higher DQ in your Unit then you fall under Premium members of the Unit. You get Benefits in Bridge Programs as you will be directly nominated for the second round in Bridge programs and don't need to give the first round. There are other benefits of High DQ, u can raise an AHD to know more about them.
Does the 1st round skip privelege apply for all bridge programs if we have higher DQ? And how much DQ do you mean when you say Higher DQ?

Only benefit is you'll be eligible for ACOn round 2 directly if you have DQ Other than that nothing
