What is the benefit for A band

Hi there, I got A band in 1st appraisal. As hike will be delayed, I'm curious to know how much to expect. And when to expect.

I'm waiting for last 2 yrs. Kind of frustrated at this point. Considering the market , feels like our salary is decreasing 😔 . Is there any point on staying with TCS?
