I joined in CG at B2 consultant level , after joined got project but this is very hectic and zero learning, I have 4 YOE for my experience learning and doing quality work is very imp to survive in future so decided to ask release from project is that right decision and how long I can stay on bench (B2 yoe 4.3 10ctc) kindly share any info
