Is this only for new comers or for the once already in organisation?
Ideally that should be the package standardized across everyone. But you know right, that doesn't happen like that for any employee who is getting promoted in the same company... But you can always demand until you have the stuff in you.

If we switch internally that is inmobality jobs for higher grade than our current then our package will increase or it will be same only just designation will change ???
Ntg will Change neither ctc nor designation. Only if you are in your review process at that particular time, then in that case, only your designation will change, but CTC will be remaining. I have same doubt and I have just cleared it few days back with HR so leave it and try somewhere out. 
What's the YoE required for C1?
