What is the basic requirement for C4 promotion?
Can anyone suggest that is required for C4 promotion in TCS like min. Exp ? Band ? Etc

Min is C3B+4 yrs exp. But in reality I've seen ppl waiting for a decade.
More than Band, your criticality, responsibility and track record matters a lot.

I have mentioned all these points except 4 years experience after c3b it means I have to wait for 3 years
If possible to be done by the manager and SDM?
