I have heard Only Top IIM grads get these kinds of jobs. Can CA students get a job at an investment bank after completing his course?

Salaries will vary depending upon experience/designation and organization. If you are looking for first year analyst salaries then on total comp basis it can be anywhere between 30l to 60l.
