less than 1% for C band. I have stopped worrying about my band and salary... I know it is poor... but do not want to.lose my health thinking over it! It is a worst experience ever. The way the company is thinking the brand will.lose.all.its sheen and after one or two decades ppl will.lose complete trust over TATA brand. I am not sure if company really thinks on these things.

For C band it's mostly 1% not 4
