Hello everyone, I am just curious about what should be a good pay check for an employee having 8.5 years experience in Accenture. I am getting 17 is it underpaid or okay. I personally feel I am underpaid.. Lege know your thoughts ðŸ’

Your pay should be three times your years of experience, so it should be at least 24 lpa

13-17 lakhs per annum fixed. Don’t negotiate on variable. Variable is just an imaginary number.
