Dont confuse with name... Appraisal is something which u give comment to yourself..twice a year window use to open. MSI is something your yearly hike decided by management and provided once a year.

Actually only once. By March end, they will ask to fill self appraisal. They will ask to fill mid year. But it is useless. They will consider only year end ratings. Appraisal will be proccessed in the last quarter of the calendar year
