Trending @Accenture; What is that one advice you’ll give to fresher intern?

What is something you’ll advise an intern (2 months) + FTE (ASE) to start his accenture journey? What are some things to take care? What are some Dos or Donts. Also I’ve heard for this year interns there is a potential upgrade from ASE to AASE based on intern performance. Can any HR confirm this? Thank you
