What is tcs internal staffing drive

I’m currently on bench and have been asked by Rmg to attend internal staffing drive tomorrow and if I don’t attend it hr actions will be taken. Anyone has any idea about this ?? Or has attended any such drive ??

You will meet designated RMG contact in the location and he will check any open role matches with your skiillset. If you are unallocated for long then they will ask you to get in to the project quickly.
