I am trying for the past 1 month. Gave 1 interview also, Applying wherever I see the opportunity but I think this 3 months notice perioid is also one of the big reasons that I am not getting any calls.

I don't think so , most of the companies have this policy of serving compulsory for 3 months at the end but the reason why we are not getting any callbacks even after applying for multiple companies is because of the vast majority of applications they are receiving .
I recently laid off by infosys without having any prior notice and I was in shock and my manager who knew about this before 15 days back have not told me anything about it and when i asked him about this on the last day when i got my termination letter he told me that he was informed by the HR's 😔 that he should not disclose anything to the employee about the termination.

Now I'm jobless and I have been applying for many companies from last one month and not getting even a single call back ,and all the companies are sending me automatic mails that the position got filled .

Can anyone suggest me what should i do in this situation,I'm 2.7 yrs experienced in DevOps and still my resume is not getting shortlisted .

Any suggestions would be really appreciated and very helpful.

Thanks a lot bro for the motivation. One help if you can do I got a doubt at time of joining new company if I don’t have payslip of last three months does that create issue?

Almost all companies ask for the last 3 month salary to check whether you are employed or unemployed, so it's good to save the last 3 month salary slips

I got your point my concern in this time where people are laid off with 4 months of salary and if someone doesn’t gets the job timely when is solution to this situation where you don’t have 3 months of salary slips like it may take time to get job.
