What is SPEED in TCS Ultimatix.

I came across speed portal on ultimatix and it shows option to initiate appraisal of type final anniversary. What does people in SPEED portal do. Is there anything needed to be done by the employee like me ?

I am fresher eligible for a retention incentive and anniversary appraisal in october 2024.
