Please answer......Because I am getting assigned with sr. Analyst and expects me to choose the task that I will do.... doesn't connect on call at all.......
Doesn't adhere my doubts,prefers to do the entire task alone , without heads up what are we actually doing

Obviously there is he is getting paid more
Atleast he must show some leadership qualities if he is being paid more than me . Moreover if I to choose the task myself as a new joinee I don't know the complexity of the task......So obviously he cannot expect me to choose and do everything on my own
