Hi mailed my HR regarding JL4 promotion for technology analyst share of sheet in that showing RM not reached RM should be 1 for eligible but for me it is an 0.75. What is RM?

RM is role maturity to get promotion for JL4 you must have worked for 1 or 1.3 year in the same role

Role maturity is for 18months in each JL
